Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts or Systems Analysts eager to transition into a rewarding role as an ERP Functional Consultant. You’ll receive full training in leading ERP platform and work closely with clients to map business processes, gather requirements, and configure solutions that improve operational efficiency and digital readiness.
This is a client-facing role that bridges the gap between business needs and system capabilities. You’ll work with government, SME, and enterprise clients across industries, helping them implement and optimize ERP systems tailored to their goals.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and become certified in our ERP systems Odoo (experience with Dynamics, SAP, Pronto a big plus.
- Work with clients to understand and document business requirements and processes
- Translate requirements into functional ERP configurations and workflows
- Participate in workshops, system demos, and testing activities
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support solution delivery
- Provide training and support to end users post-implementation
- Help shape standard best practices for ERP implementations in PNG and the Pacific region
You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of business processes in finance, logistics, HR, procurement, or inventory
- Comfort working across teams and engaging directly with clients
- Willingness to learn and grow in ERP consulting with full training provided
- Excellent communication in business English (Tok Pisin a plus)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Managing Director to lead our growth. You’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition, coordinating and scaling sales, payments, development, and business analysis teams, and establishing the operational backbone of the business. As we grow, you will help shape both culture and strategy—so a track record of leadership in early-stage ventures or emerging markets is essential.

Qualifications

- Comfort with early-stage ambiguity—willing to roll up sleeves and lead from the front

- Higher education preferred but not required; results and relationships matter most
